Config Editor: Not usable in edit mode in Touch UI

Description

when using in touchui the editor is only usable if switched to preview mode, not in edit mode. this is a "feature" of the touch ui, but definitely not what the user expects here, very confusing.

can we do anything about it on our side, or need we an extension in the touch ui itself?

the ACS AEM Commons Oak Index Manager does not have this problem - it seems they bypass edit mode completely and inject their own header. not sure if this is the best way.

the page is now using html cq:defaultView, so that it is not opened within cf oder editor.html.

I have also added a very simple header with the marketing logo redirecting to the homepage and the title.

adding page actions turned out to be a bit more tricky. it is not that easy to reuse the editor header, since it relies on the fact, that the actions are always executed on the page loaded in the content frame. we should probably create a separate ticket for this and see how easy it would be to implement this.

I think it will also make sense to add the page actions (publish, unpublish, page properties, etc..)

well, we could place the "marketing cloud" logo up there (as in http://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/oak-index-manager.html - i think its part of coralui) - and then just move the title "Configuration Editor" in this header as well, removing it from the content area.

added empty black header, content still to be discussed.
