PackageBuilder use DateFormat with wrong timezone

Description

The ValueConverter uses a SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.mmmZ"), which is not the correct ISO8601 Format (wrong timezone). After installing a content package with such a format, the crx creates Properties as "String"-type instead of a "Date". The whole Builder should use "org.apache.jackrabbit.util.ISO8601"-Class to format Date/Calendar-Objects

By the way, it is not possible for me to use Git Flow with SourceTree for this repo('master' does not already exists)

you have to checkout both master and develop in sourcetree before using the builtin gitflow features. unlike the maven jgitflow plugin this is not done automatically by sourcetree.
