Frontend Error Logging

- Implement a REST service (and a small JavaScript library) to log frontend-related errors on the server side in a special error log
- Especially for complex frontend-applications
- similar to what is done currently in context of DBS iHDCC
- Try to find ways that this service cannot be misused
