Allow Anchor Target Tags

Description

The Richtexttexthandler filters Anchor Destination Tags like:

<a name="anchortarget"></a>

It would be great if the Standardkonfiguration would not filter it, because it is a Standardtag.

This problem could eventualy be solved if a "wcmio-links#anchor" RTE-plugin, would be available in the Richtexteditor, which would be a nice enhancement.

thanks for bringing this up - named anchor tags are no longer filtered out by the RichText Handler.

i'll have a look whether it's a problem with the rich text handler, or probably filtered out by AEM/Sling XSS filter rules.
