Add support for "cookie free domain"

Description

Using a cookie free domain for assets is a best practice to improve web application performance (1), as it can save a lot of bandwith by avoiding cookie headers.
Please add support in the link handling to use a hostname for media and static asset (js, css) delivery.
(That's also a requirement from (2).)
